Failure Mechanism of Joints Between New Type Concrete-filled Steel Tubular with Special-shaped Columns and Steel Beams

摘  要:在内隔板式异形钢管混凝土节点试验研究的基础上,通过对节点破坏过程和荷载-钢腹板应变滞回曲线的分析,提出此类节点的破坏模式。比较分析表明:轴压比、柱截面肢高肢厚比和翼缘肢均对节点的破坏模式存在影响。基于此类异形节点破坏模式及影响因素的分析,获得节点的破坏机理,并利用节点域变形协调条件和虚功原理推导出节点核心区腹板肢、翼缘肢钢管约束混凝土的作用长度。According to the experimental research of the concrete-filled steel tubular special-shaped joints with interior diaphragm,the failure process and the load-steel web strain hysteretic curves were analyzed,and the failure modes of joints were obtained. The comparative analysis shows that the damage type of the panel zone is affected by the axial compression ratio,the ratio of the height to thickness of section of column and flange-pier wall of the joints. Based on the analysis of the failure modes of the joints and the influence factors,the failure mechanism was established. Restraint length provided by steel tube for concrete in flange-pier wall and webpier wall of joint was proposed based on the conditions of deformation coordination of the joints and the principle of virtual work.
