玉屏风颗粒联合中药穴位贴敷对慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者肺功能及免疫功能的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察玉屏风颗粒联合穴位贴敷疗法对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者肺功能及免疫指标的影响。方法:将60例患者按双盲随机数字表分为对照组(穴位贴敷)、治疗组(玉屏风颗粒联合穴位贴敷),两组均给予西医常规治疗。分别于治疗前后测定肺功能(FEV1、FVC、MVV、RV、PEF)及免疫指标(Ig G、Ig M、Ig A、补体C3、补体C4),并进行临床疗效评价。结果:治疗前各组间肺功能及免疫指标无明显差别(P>0.05),治疗后穴位贴敷组肺功能及免疫指标改善(P<0.05),而玉屏风颗粒加穴位贴敷组肺功能及免疫指标明显改善(P<0.05),并优于穴位贴敷组(P<0.05),其临床疗效也优于穴位贴敷组(P<0.05)。结论:穴位贴敷治疗与玉屏风颗粒加穴位贴敷均能改善COPD患者肺功能和免疫指标,但玉屏风颗粒联合穴位贴敷的作用优于单纯贴敷。Objective： To observe the effects of Yupingfeng Granule combining with acupoints application on pulmonary and immunologic function of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease（ COPD）. Methods： 60 Patients were divided into control group（ acupoints application）,and treatment group（ Yupingfeng Granule combining with acupoints application） by double blind random number table,the two groups were given conventional western medicine treatment,control group was given acupoints application,treatment group was given Yupingfeng Granule on the basis of control. Before and after treatment,pulmonary function（ FEV1,FVC,MVV,RV,PEF） and immune indexes（ Ig G,Ig M,Ig A,C3,and C4） in patients with COPD were respectively determined and evaluated the curative effect. Results： There was no evident difference between lung function and immune indexes before treatment between the two groups,the lung function and immune indexes were improved significantly after treatment,the effects of treatment group on pulmonary and immunologic function were more obvious than those in control group. The curative effect of treatment group was significantly better than that of control group. Conclusion： Yupingfeng Granule combining with acupoints application can effectively treat COPD by improving pulmonary and immunologic function.
