清源生化汤对骨创伤后脓毒症患者免疫功能的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察清源生化汤对骨创伤后脓毒症患者免疫功能的影响。方法:60例骨创伤后脓毒症患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组采用清源生化汤联合西医常规治疗,对照组仅采用西医常规治疗。观察治疗前后T细胞亚群、NK细胞及体液免疫指标的变化。结果:与同时段对照组比较,治疗组治疗7天后CD+4、CD+4/CD+8、NK细胞、Ig G、Ig M及Ig A含量均明显升高(P<0.05)。结论:清源生化汤能有效改善骨创伤后脓毒症患者的免疫功能。Objective： To observe the impact of Qingyuan Shenghua Tang on immunologic function of patients with post traumatic sepsis. Methods： 60 Cases with post traumatic sepsis were randomly divided into two groups,control group was given routine western medicine treatment,observation group was given Qingyuan Shenghua Tang on the basis of routine western medicine treatment,T lymphocyte subsets,activity of NK cells and humoral immune indexes were determined before and after treatment. Results： To compare with the control group at the same time,CD＋4,CD＋4/ CD＋8,NK cells,Ig G,Ig M and Ig A were raised obviously（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion：Qingyuan Shenghua Tang can effectively improve immunologic function of post traumalic sepsis patients,decrease mortality and improve prognosis.
