摘  要:电压门控性钙通道结构和功能的变化引发外钙内流,而过度的钙内流引起神经元异常放电。因此,电压门控性钙通道作为神经元兴奋性的关键因素,在癫痫这种神经元异常放电疾病中发挥重要作用。β、α_2δ和γ作为其辅助亚基,可调节癫痫中神经元电压门控性钙通道的活性、靶向定位、表达密度等通道特性。本文对于电压门控性钙通道辅助亚基β、α_2δ在癫痫发病中的作用作一概述。The change of vohage-gated calcium channels structure and function leads to calcium influx, and excessive calcium influx results in abnormal discharge of neurons. Thus, as key factors in the regulation of neuronal excitability, voltage-gated calcium channels play an important role in the pathogenesis of epilepsy that is related to abnormal discharge of neurons. As the auxiliary subunits, β , α 2 δ and 7 take part in the modulation of channel activity, targeted distribution and expression density, which are the characteristics of vohage-gated calcium channels. In this study, we provide a broad overview of the classification of voltage-gated calcium channels auxiliary subunits, their molecular structures, the distributions and the biological function to understand the mechanism of calcium channel auxiliary subunits in epileptic neuronal excitation and contribution to epileptogenesis.
