无孔抗折动力固定接骨板的基础研究

摘  要:四肢长管状骨骨折约占全身骨折的73.65%[1]。目前最常用的骨折固定方式有2种,即髓内固定和骨外固定,其中髓内固定包括重建钉、Gamma钉和弹性钉等,骨外固定包括接骨板、外固定架和支具等。常用接骨板的缺点:1接骨板折断率高达3.3%~7.9%[2-3];2骨折不愈合率达2%~10%[4];3难以微创置入和取出接骨板。The innovative anti-bending dynamic compression plate(comprising the "H" shaped plate and custom-built screws) was invented by Professor Zhang Yingze.First of all,there were no screw holes designed on the major structure of the "H" shaped plate made of titanium alloy and the cross section of the plate was curved-shape designed.Therefore,the strength of the middle part of plate were remarkably enhanced.The ends of the plate were the "U" shaped sliding grooves which were consisted of a wide groove above and another narrow groove below, The custom-built screw can be divided into two parts.the flat cap and nail body. To be specific,the diameter of the flat cap and nail body was matched with the wide groove and narrow groove, respectively.The thickness of nail cap was consisted about one third of the depth of "U" shaped groove and each groove was able to hold some custom-built screws. The distance between two layers of cortical bone decided the screw's length and specification to choose.On the connection of the plate body and sliding groove,there existed an oblique indentation with 5 mm in diameter and 3 mm in depth.
