摘  要:为了解决凿岩钎具通风孔用高速钢麻花钻加工时存在加工工艺性差、刀具易崩刃、加工效率低、加工出来的孔表面粗糙度差等缺陷,本文研究用浅孔钻来代替高速钢麻花钻在数控加工中心上对凿岩钎头通风孔加工过程的大量研究;探索出了一种用新型可转位合金刀片浅孔钻加工钎头通风孔的先进工艺,使生产效率提升一倍以上,孔表面粗糙度由Ra12.5提高到Ra3.2,极大地提高了凿岩钎头通风孔加工的质量和效率。Some problems exist during processing the ventilation hole of drill bit for rock drilling with high-speed steel twist drill, such as the machining process is poor, tool edge is easy to collapse, processing efficiency is low, surface roughness on the machined hole is poor. In order to solve the problems, shallow hole drill was used instead of high-speed steel twist drill to processing the ventilation hole of drill bit for rock drilling on NC machining center, and the machined hole was researched by vernier caliper and surface roughness tester. A novel process was searched out for machining the ventilation hole of drill bit with a new type indexable insert. The production efficiency is increased more than one time, and the surface roughness on the hole is improved from Ra12.5 to Ra3.2.
