摘　　要：目的分析贵州省2005-2013年肾综合征出血热(Hemorrhagic Fever with Renal Syndrome,HFRS)的流行情况、三间分布特征,以及宿主监测情况,为制定防控措施提供科学依据。方法收集贵州省2005-2013年"中国疾病预防控制系统"网络直报的HFRS临床病例和实验室诊断病例,开展宿主动物监测,检测鼠密度和带毒率。采用描述流行病学方法进行统计分析。结果贵州省2005-2013年共报告HFRS病例825例,死亡7例,平均发病率为0.25/10万。2005-2007年发病率呈下降趋势,2008-2013年持续上升。HFRS发病有明显的季节性,各地区发病水平差异有统计学意义(χ2=9.42,P<0.01)。男性高于女性。2005-2013年平均鼠密度为2.62%,室外高于室内,黑线姬鼠和褐家鼠为优势鼠种。结论贵州省HFRS的发病呈上升的趋势,应继续加强监测并采取防鼠、灭鼠、卫生知识宣传等综合性防制措施,以控制HFRS的发生。Objective To analyze epidemic status and three- dimension distribution of HFRS in Guizhou during2005- 2013, as well as host surveillance. To provide scientific basis for prevention and control measures. Methods The clinical and laboratory diagnosis of HFRS cases reported in China Disease Prevention and Control System were collected from 2005 to 2013 of Guizhou province. Surveillance of host animals used to investigate the density and virus carried rate of the host animals. Descriptive epidemiological methods were used for statistical analysis. Results A total of 825 cases of HFRS were reported in Guizhou Province during 2005-2013,of which 7 deaths,the average incidence was 0. 25 / 100000. The incidence decreased from 2005 to2007（ χ2= 9. 42,P 〈0. 01）,but continued to rise in 2008- 2013 with obvious seasonal. Regional incidence levels have significant difference. Incidence of male was higher than female. The average density of mouse from 2008 to 2013 was 2. 62% with outdoor higher than indoor. Apodemus agravius and rattus norvegicus were the predom inating species. Conclusions The incidence of HFRS in Guizhou has a increasing tendency. Intensive monitoring and measures to control mice,health knowledge propaganda,comprehensive prevention measures and so on should be taken to control the HFRS.
