摘  要:目的探讨研究金黄色葡萄球菌(耐甲氧西林)选择性培养基的成份,并进行选择性成份的筛选以及优化,以提高分离培养菌株的效率。方法在对常规分离培养金黄色葡萄球菌的培养基基础上添加不同浓度的苯唑西林和头孢西丁抗生素,观察分离培养效率并进行比较。结果在常规分离培养基中加入4μg/ml的头孢西丁具有较高的分离培养效率,其灵敏度和特异性均较好;并且加入头孢西丁的培养基总体分离效果要高于加入苯唑西林的培养基,差异具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论在常规金黄色葡萄球菌分离培养基中加入4μg/ml的头孢西丁,能够较好的分离到耐甲氧西林的金黄色葡萄球菌菌株,提高食品微生物检验效率。Objective To investigate the ingredients of selective medium for Staphylococcus aureus( methicillin- resistant) isolation and optimization the selective medium,performed the analysis. Methods Based on the conventional method in the medium of Staphylococcus aureus were isolated and cultured on different concentrations of antibiotic oxacillin and cefoxitin,observe and compare the efficiency of isolation and culture. Results The results added 4μg / ml in conventional separation medium cefoxitin isolated and cultured with high efficiency,a good sensitivity and specificity was observed; cefoxitin medium and add the overall separation efficiency than join oxacillin medium,the difference was statistically significant( P 〈0. 05). Conclusions Join 4μg / ml cefoxitin Staphylococcus aureus isolated in a conventional medium,capable of better separation of Staphylococcus aureus strains resistant to methicillin,and improve the efficiency of food microbiological testing.
