摘　　要：目的了解某部医疗机构发热门诊和肠道门诊的现状,为制定科学合理的人员和设备配置提供理论依据。方法采取问卷调查和现场查看的方法对某部18所医疗机构的发热门诊和肠道门诊进行调查。结果各单位发热门诊和肠道门诊的登记统计记录详细,卫生设施齐全,废物处置规范。有2所医疗机构无发热门诊,4所医疗机构无肠道门诊;2所医疗机构发热门诊医护人员上岗前没有经过严格的专业培训。结论某部队医疗机构发热门诊和肠道门诊的基础设施和规模有较大差异。部分医疗机构未设置发热门诊或肠道门诊,存在一定的安全隐患。Objective To understand the status of fever outpatient clinics and intestinal clinics of medical institu-tions, provide a theoretical basis for the development of scientific and reasonable personnel and equipmentconfiguration in a military comand. Methods Taking questionnaires and on - site viewing of fever clinics and intestinal clinics of 18 medical institutions. Results All units fever clinics and outpatient registration intestinal detailed statistical records, health facilities, hospital waste disposal norms. There are 2 medical institutions without fever clinics, 4 of them without intestinal clinic ; 2 of them did not have theirt medical staff underwent a rigorous professional training beforehand. Conclusions There are large differences in the infrastructure and scale of the fever and intestinal outpatient clinics. Some medical institutions did not set fever clinics, some have not set intestinal clinics, there are some risks.
