摘 要:采用生物信息学方法对玉米基因组中的细胞周期蛋白依赖的激酶(CDK)抑制子(ICK)基因进行了全面鉴定,并对其基因结构、蛋白质保守序列和基因表达情况进行了分析。结果表明:玉米基因组中含有9个ICK基因,片段复制是玉米ICK基因家族数目扩增的主要动力。玉米ICK基因的外显子数为2-4个不等,同一亚族基因的外显子/内含子结构具有一定保守性。蛋白质保守序列分析鉴定出6个保守的基序,这些基序与ICK蛋白的核定位、功能和稳定性调节以及对CDK活性的抑制相关,说明玉米ICK蛋白可能是有功能的CDK抑制子。基于基因芯片和EST数据的表达模式分析表明,多数玉米ICK基因在各组织器官中均有表达,部分基因的表达具有一定的组织特异性。The cyclin-dependent kinase(CDK)inhibitor(ICK)genes in the maize genome were comprehensively identified,and their gene structure,protein conserved sequences and expression profiles were explored.The maize genome harbored nine ICK genes;segmental duplication was the main force underlying the expansion of this family.The exon numbers varied from two to four among maize ICKgenes and the exon/intron structures were similar within each subfamily.Protein conserved sequence analysis identified six motifs,which were known to be involved in the nuclear localization,function and stability regulation and CDK activity inhibition of ICK proteins,suggesting that maize ICK proteins were active CDK inhibitors.Expression profile analysis using microarray and EST data revealed that most maize ICKgenes were expressed in diverse tissues and/or organs;some genes exhibited tissue-preferential expression.
