摘 要:目的了解合肥市社区新诊断2型糖尿病(type 2 diabetes mellitus,T2DM)患者体重、BMI与血糖的相关性。方法2014年5—12月筛选糖尿病(diabetes mellitus,DM)高危人群,纳入新诊断T2DM患者144例。分析患者体重、BMI与空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白的相关性。两变量间的相关关系采用Pearson相关性分析,P<0.05为差异有统计学意义。结果 144例T2DM患者体重为(66.03±13.31)kg,BMI为(24.49±4.28)kg/m2,空腹血糖为(9.87±3.33)mmol/L,餐后2 h血糖为(16.12±4.77)mmol/L,糖化血红蛋白为(7.52±1.54)%。体重、BMI与餐后2 h血糖均呈负相关(r=-0.167、-0.165,均P<0.05)。结论关注患者体重、BMI的降低,考虑患DM的可能性,提高社区DM的诊疗水平。Objective To understand the relationship between of body weight, body mass index and blood sugar in newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)patients in community.Methods High- risk groups of Diabetes mellitus(DM)were screened from May to December in 2014,144 cases of newly diagnosed T2 DM patients were in this study.The relationship between of body weight, body mass index and fasting glucose was analyzed. The data was used by Pearson correlation analysis, P〈0.05 was considered statistically significant.Results The baseline data of weight was(66.03±13.31)kg, BMI was(24.49±4.28)kg/m^2, fasting plasma glucose was(9.87±3.33)mmol/L, 2 h postprandial blood glucose was(16.12±4.77)mmol/L, glycosylated hemoglobin was(7.52±1.54)%. There were negative correlation between body weight, body mass index and fasting glucose(r =- 0.167,- 0.165,all P〈0.05).Conclusion When the body weight, body mass index of patients with lower in community, we need to consider the possibility of diabetes, in order to improve the level of community diagnosis and treatment of diabetes.
