摘　　要：中医药对烧烫伤的治疗有着悠久的历史和丰富的临床经验,本文通过回顾近10年的文献,基于中药在治疗烧烫伤方面的传统认识、中药治疗烧烫伤制剂的应用,对其治疗烧烫伤的作用机制研究进行一定的归纳、总结。认为传统中医对烧烫伤的病机具有独特认识,治疗以清热解毒为治则,内外同治;现代临床中,各种中药现代制剂在烧烫伤的轻症与重症治疗中均占有一席之地,疗效获得肯定;中药抗烧烫伤的作用机制与促进组织生长因子分泌及释放、减轻炎症反应、调控胶原的合成及代谢、促进上皮细胞增殖、清除氧自由基等有关。已有研究为中医药治疗烧烫伤的临床应用提供了理论依据,能更好地服务于烧烫伤患者。Traditional Chinese medicine（TCM） has a long history and rich clinical experience in the treatment of burns. We reviewed literatures in the past 10 years. Traditional application, development of burn preparations and the mechanism of TCM treatment of burns were summarized. We believe TCM has a unique understanding of pathogenesis of burns, and heat-clear and detoxify are the main treatment principles with internal and external therapies of burns. Various modern TCM preparations play an important role in the treatment of mild and severe burns in clinical practice, with good curative effect. The mechanisms of TCM in the treatment of burns include promoting tissue growth factor release, reducing inflammation in the regulating collagen synthesis and metabolism, promoting epithelial cell proliferation and free radicals scavenging. Some researches on the treatment of burns with TCM provide good theoretical basis and better serve the burn patients.
