摘 要:目的研究风荷载作用下当连墙件数量一定时,连墙件的最佳布置方式,为超高层建筑施工脚手架连墙件合理设计提供依据.方法依据风荷载作用计算公式,利用大型通用有限元分析软件ANSYS对整个架体进行受力分析,对杆件与杆件连接的扣件节点采用半刚性连接的分析方法,对比分析连墙件矩形和菱形两种布置方式对架体系统杆件的受力和节点变形影响.结果从有限元的分析中得出相应不同连墙件布置方案情况下的架体杆件的内力分布以及节点位移云图,并对比分析得出矩形布置的大横杆内力最大相差到2371N,明显大于菱形布置,节点位移也同样分布比矩形布置更零散.结论风荷载作用下,连墙件的菱形布置比矩形布置的架体各杆件受力和变形更加均匀合理,在脚手架的设计中应该优先考虑.In order to provide references for scaffold tie member design in super high-rise building, this paper researched the best arrangement of tie members under wind loads, when the quantity of tie members is determined. According to wind load calculating formula for tie members, internal forces and joint displacements of tow arrangement types, the rectangle arrangement and the diamond arrangement, were analyzed and compared using the FE software ANSIS. It is found that the biggest D-value of internal horizontal forces of the rectangle arrangement is 2.371 kN, which is significantly greater than that by the diamond arrangement. Its displacement distribution is also more nonuniform than that by the diamond arrangement. Conclusion is that under wind loads, force and displacement distribution of the diamond arrangement is more uniform and rational than that by the rectangle arrangement. Therefor, the diamond arrangement should be preferentially considered in the scaffold design.
