摘  要:目的:探讨电针对创伤后应激障碍(PTSD)患者静息态脑功能连接网络的影响。方法:采用功能磁共振成像技术(f MRI),在电针治疗前后,利用功能连接分析方法分析静息状态下15例PTSD患者以双侧杏仁核为感兴趣区的全脑功能连接情况,并进行PTSD临床监测量表、焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表评分。结果:与治疗前相比,电针治疗后PTSD患者双侧杏仁核与全脑功能连接明显增强的脑区为眶回、前额叶,功能连接明显减弱的脑区为丘脑(P<0.01,cluster>20)。结论:电针对PTSD患者临床症状及焦虑抑郁情绪状态有较好的改善作用,其机制可能与电针参与PTSD杏仁核功能连接网络的调节有关。Objective: To explore the effects of electro-acupuncture on functional connectivity network characteristics of patients with PTSD by resting state f MRI. Methods: Fifteen cases of patients with PTSD were included in current study, whose functional connections between bilateral amygdala and whole brain were collected by resting state f MRI before and after the treatment of electro-acupuncture. Meanwhile, these patients were evaluated through three scales including CAPS, SAS and SDS. Results: Compared with before the treatment of electro-acupuncture, the functional connections between bilateral amygdala and gyri orbitales as well as prefront lobal were increased significantly after treatment, while the connections between bilateral amygdala and thalamus decreased obviously(P<0.01, cluster>20). Conclusion: The treatment of electro-acupuncture could significantly improve PTSD patients' symptoms and anxious and depressive mood, whose mechanism underlying may be associated with the regulation of function connections between amygdala and whole brain.
