摘 要:在除尘装置前端烟道喷射活性焦等吸附剂是燃煤锅炉烟气脱汞技术最为常用且较成熟的一种方法,脱汞率可达96%。吸附剂颗粒在袋式除尘器内的分布均匀性不仅直接影响到除尘器对烟气中粉尘的净化效率和除尘器系统的能耗,同时还进一步影响到烟气中汞的脱除效率。运用Fluent软件中的离散相模型(DPM),通过模拟不同过滤风速,活性焦吸附剂颗粒粒径,布袋渗透率条件下袋式除尘器内气流分布和活性焦吸附剂颗粒运动轨迹分析吸附剂颗粒分布。通过分析还得出不同参数条件下各滤袋组颗粒沉积率的分布规律。结果表明在不影响袋式除尘器除尘效果的前提下增大进口风速、减小吸附剂颗粒粒径、增大布袋渗透率能使吸附剂在袋式除尘器内分布更均匀。Adsorbent injection in dust removal device is the most commonly used method to capture mercury in coal-fired utility boiler flue gas. It is a very mature technology for mercury control, the removal efficiency has achieved 96%. In bag filter, the uniformity of activated coke distribution not only directly affect the efficiency of dust removal in flue gas and the energy consumption of dust collector system, but also affect the removal efficiency of mercury in flue gas. In this paper, using the discrete phase model(DPM) of Fluent to simulate the distribution of airflow in bag filter and activated coke adsorbent particle track at different condition of filtration velocity, activated coke adsorbent particle size and bag permeability. The accretion of particle accumulated on each bag group are also disclosed under different permeabilities. The results show that the increase of import of air velocity, bag permeability and the decrease of adsorbent particle size without affecting the efficiency of bag filter, can make adsorbent distribution more uniform in the bag filter.
