摘　　要：目的了解老年住院患者的恶性肿瘤疾病死亡构成,做好老年疾病的预防工作,降低老年患者的死亡率。方法对某医院2010年—2014年住院因恶性肿瘤死亡病例进行回顾性调查,按照国际疾病分类编码的原则,对住院病案的首页的主要诊断进行检索、汇总和统计。结果对老年患者生命危害的前三位的恶性肿瘤是肺癌、肝癌、肠癌。结论掌握老年住院患者的死亡原因。为今后老年人群的疾病预防提供有利的信息和依据,提高老年患者的生存率。Objective To understand consitituent ratio of death among senile hospitalized patients suffered from malignant tumor disease, to prevent senile disease and reduce mortality among elderly patients. Methods consitituent ratio of deaths because of malignant tumors from 2010 to 2014 in some hospital were retrospectively investigated. The primary diagnosis in the home page of hospital medical record were retrieved, done a summary and analysed statistically according to international classified coding principle of diseases. Results This study can help us to know the cause of death in hospital old patients, and provided more knowledge to prevent diseases of old patients, and furthermore laid a foundation of improving survival rates for older patients.
