张卉教授从“肝常有余”辨治儿童多动综合征经验

摘　　要：张卉教授对治疗儿童精神行为及心理疾病具有独到的见解,尤其对多动综合征的治疗具有丰富的临床经验。认为本病多由肝旺脾虚所致,"肝常有余"是本病的主要病因病机,提出治疗多动综合征时应重视治肝,以平舒肝气为大法,兼顾脾胃,予以泻青丸加减治疗,临床收效显著。Professor Zhang Hui has unique insights in the treatment of children with mental, behavioral and psychological diseases, especially with rich experience for treating the hyperactivity syndrome. Its cause contributing to excess in liver and deficiency of spleen and the main etiologies and pathogenesis to the common abundant liver, the therapy of com- bing soothing excessive liver with tonifying spleen and stomach is raised and Xieqing Pills is modified to treat hyperkinetic syndrome with significant effects in clinic.
