摘　　要：目的:探讨马来酸桂哌齐特联合腹部带蒂皮瓣治疗手及前臂皮肤软组织烧伤缺损的临床效果。方法:选取我院2011年2月-2013年2月收治的68例手及前臂皮肤软组织烧伤缺损患者作为观察组,行马来酸桂哌齐特结合腹部带蒂皮瓣治疗,另选择同期接受股前外侧皮瓣修复治疗的50例患者为对照组。观察并比较两组患者皮瓣修复效果以及神经功能烧伤缺损评分。结果:观察组患者皮瓣存活率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组皮瓣感染率低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组皮瓣断蒂时间及神经功能烧伤缺损评分均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:马来酸桂哌齐特结合腹部带蒂皮瓣治疗具有皮瓣存活率高、神经功能恢复良好,术后恢复快等特点,值得临床推广应用。Objective： To explore the clinical effect of cinepazide maleate combined with pedicled abdominal flap in the treatment of skin and soft tissue defect in hand and forearm. Methods： 68 cases of hand and forearm skin soft tissue defect who were treated with the cinepazide maleate and pedicled abdominal flap in our hospital from February 2011 to February 2013 were selected as the observation group, and another, 50 patients who were treated with the anterolateral thigh flap were named as the control group. Then the flap repair effect and neural function defect scores in the two groups were observed and compared. Results： The survival rate of skin flap in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group （P〈0.05）, and the infection rate of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Cinepazide maleate combined with abdominal pedicle flap in treatment of skin flap has high survival rate and nerve function recovered well, postoperative recovery characteristics, is worthy of clinical application.
