摘 要:以磺酸功能化离子液体代替对甲苯磺酸为催化剂催化合成α-甲基丙烯酸十二酯,比较不同离子液体的催化性能,选出最佳催化剂,探索其催化的最优条件并考察离子液体的循环使用效果,最终找到离子液体代替对甲苯磺酸做催化剂的优势。结果表明[(CH_3CH_2)_3N(CH_2)_3SO_3H][HSO_4]离子液体催化效果最好,最优条件为m([(CH_3CH_2)_3N(CH_2)_3SO_3H][HSO_4])/m(total)×100%=1.4%,n(α-methacrylic acid):n(lauryl alcohol)=2.0:1.0,m(inhibitor)/m(total)×100%=0.05%,反应温度为140℃,反应时间为4 h,酯化产率可达71.0%。循环使用5次后,酯化产率无明显下降。离子液体代替对甲苯磺酸做催化剂,提高了酯化产率,减少了粗酯处理中碱液和水的用量,从而减少了废水排放量,降低对环境的污染。A series of SO3H-functionalized ionic liquids as catalyst instead of p-toluenesulfonic acid were used to synthesize lauryl α-methacrylate. The catalytic performance of different kinds of ionic liquids was measured,and then the best catalyst was selected. The suitable conditions of the catalysis reaction were investigated,and the recycling use effect of ionic liquid was evaluated. Advantages of ionic liquids instead of p-toluenesulfonic acid as catalyst were analyzed. The results show that [(CH3CH2)3N(CH2)3SO3H][HSO4] has the best catalytic performance;the optimized reaction conditions are as follows:the temperature 140℃,the time 4 h,m([(CH3CH2)3N(CH2)3SO3H][HSO4]) / m(total)×100%=1.4 %,n(α-methacrylic acid) : n(lauryl alcohol)= 2.0:1.0,m(inhibitor) / m(total)×100%=0.05 %;under above conditions,the yield of stearyl α-methacrylate can reach to 71.0%. The ionic liquid that has been reused for five times has less loss of catalytic activity. Ionic liquid instead of p-toluenesulfonic acid as catalyst can improve the production rate,and reduce the consumption of the lye and the water in processing crude ester,which will decrease the discharge of wastewater to reduce the pollution of the environment.
