摘  要:Caesar Ⅱ管道应力分析软件是由美国COADE公司研发的压力管道应力分析专业软件。Caesar Ⅱ向用户提供完备的国际通用的管道设计规范,使用方便易于操作。在石油化工生产装置中,泵是回转机械,属精密机械,一旦受到外力作用会发生变形、振动和噪声,是轴承烧毁和损坏的主要原因。泵出入口管道的设计应充分考虑热应力的影响,以减少管道作用在泵管嘴处的力和力矩。以某石化公司常减压装置减三线泵入口热油管道为例使用Caesar Ⅱ软件建立管道模型,分析了管道的一次应力、二次应力、热态位移,并重点分析了泵入口附近管道支吊架的作用以及支吊架类型对泵管嘴受力的影响。Caesar Ⅱ sofaware is the professional stress analysis software for pressure pipeline, which was developed by COADE Company of USA. Caesar Ⅱ software provides to user perfect and international standard for pipeline design, and it is so easy to operate. The pump is rotary machine, and it belongs to precision machine in the chemical and petroleum production plant. The deformation, vibration and noise caused by external force are the main reason for bearing burn and damage. The heat stress should be comprehensively considered in the design of pipeline at pump entrance, in order to decrease the forces and moments on the pump nozzle. In this paper, taking the hot oil pipeline at pump entrance in an atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit as an example, the hot oil pipeline model was established for stress analysis by Caesar II software. Moreover, the stress under installation and operation conditions and the displacement under operation were analyzed as well as the effect of the supports and hangers on the pump nozzle.
