摘 要:本文结合一实际工程,研究采用超声冲击焊接应力消除方法对钢箱梁进行现场应力消除,采用盲孔法对消除前、后焊接残余应力数值和分布规律进行测量,从中得到封闭箱形结构的焊接应力分布规律及应力大小,同时验证超声冲击焊接应力消除方法对钢箱梁焊接应力进行消除的效果。对钢箱梁设计提出了指导性的意见。Combined with a practical project,the paper presented a study on in-situ stress relief of steel box girders through ultrasonic impact treatment.Residual welding stress values before and after stress relief and its distribution law were measured through the blind-hole drilling method,thus,the closed steel box girders’ welding stress distribution and measurement were obtained.At the same time,the effect of ultrasonic impact treatment on steel box girders’ welding stress relief was verified.Finally,guidance suggestions were put forward for the design of steel box girders.
