摘　　要：随着世界范围内"绿色机场"概念的兴起,为了解决机场内传统车辆的应用所带来的污染问题,中国政府倡议逐步将机场的使用车辆改换为纯电动汽车。但由于我国发展纯电动汽车起步较晚,国内并未有可供直接参考的成熟范例。本研究以机场现有的传统车辆及相关设施为研究对象,经过近半年的时间,对首都机场区域进行现场调研,参考国外机场中纯电动汽车及其他新能源汽车的改换案例、充电场站的建设情况及电动车电池的处理方式等,结合国内其他机场有关纯电动车辆改换等方面的经验,探索适用于首都机场的纯电动汽车改换与充电场站建设的初步方案与运营模式。研究结果以飞行区为例,提出了初步的纯电动汽车改换方案,并对充电场站的建设与运营指明了可供选择的方向,为进一步研究打下了基础。With the arisen concept of Green Sustainable Airport in the world, Chinese government proposed to change the traditional vehicles into full electric vehicles in the airport, which was a way to solve the pollution brought by the traditional vehicles. However, it has not enough experience to develop full electric vehicles in Chinese airports and it did not have a relative case for Beijing Capital International Airport to learn. Therefore, the report focused on the current traditional vehicles and relative facilities in the Beijing Capital International Airport, and the researchers spent almost half year to investigate the environment there. Studying the cases of full electric vehicles and other alternative fuel vehicles and charging stations in the airports overseas, understanding the treatment of battery packs of alternative fuel vehicles at abroad and learning the experiences related to the full electric vehicles in the other domestic airports, researchers tried to find a way that was adaptive to Beijing Capital International Airport to change the traditional vehicles into full electric vehicles and operate the charging stations. Based on the research of aircraft movement area, the research results offered an elementary plan to develop the full electric vehicles in the airport, and pointed out the optional methods to build and operate charging stations that were the basis of the further study.
