浙江省生态水电示范区建设的思考与探索

摘　　要：本文从浙江水电发展实际出发,客观分析了农村水电对促进生态文明建设的积极作用和对局部生态环境造成的负面影响,提出通过开展生态示范区建设,推动浙江水电生态转型的工作思路,并系统阐述了开展生态水电示范区建设的必要性、主要内容和保障措施。In the paper, positive eitect of rural hydropower on promoting eeolngical civilization construction and negative influence on local ecological environment are objectively analyzed from the praetieal condition of hydropower transition in Zhejiang Provinee. Working concept of driving hydropower ecological transition in Zhejiang through earring out the construction of eeologieal demonstration area is proposed. The neeessity, main contents and guarantee measures of ecological hydropower demonstration area construction are systematically deseribed.
