摘　　要：农村水电作为清洁能源,在开发上具有一定优势,但江西省农村水电事业在发展过程中遇到了一些问题,本文从对生态环境破坏、缺乏流域统筹管理、水电站自身安全隐患、法制不健全、电价低及效益差等方面对存在的问题进行了分析,并通过管理机制及技术创新机制等方面中的相关措施对所遇到的问题提出了相关的建议及对策。Rural hydropower has certain advantages in the development as a clean energy. However, some problems are encountered in Jiangxi rural hydropower career during development. In the paper, problems in the aspects of the damage to ecological environmental, watershed integrated management insufficient, self security hidden danger of hydropower station, imperfect legal system, low electricity price, poor benefit, etc. are analyzed. Related suggestions and countermeasures are proposed on encountered problems through related measures in the aspects of management mechanism, technology innovation mechanism, etc.
