摘　　要：国防基础研究是事关武器装备可持续发展的关键,文章从分析基础研究概念的历史形成出发,对若干常用的基础研究表达进行了辨析,结合我军实际对国防基础研究的概念内涵、战略意义和发展特征进行了研究。研究表明,加强国防基础研究工作,必须首先搞清概念范畴、特征规律等基本问题,才能更好地指导研究和实践。Defense basic research is the headstream of defense technology and the guarantee of arament＇s sustainable development. This paper analyzes the historical formation of the concept of basic research, discriminates a number of commonly used basis research concept. At last, this paper studies the concept, strategic status and development character of defense basic research.The paper concludes that basic concepts, characteristics and rules need to be studied as the preparation to enhance the defense basic researches and to guide the practice.
