摘　　要：通过赋予下级自主权、使用任务式命令和以相互信任为基础组织分散作战,任务式指挥具有了分散指挥的特点;利用互联互通指挥系统、实时共享指挥意图和精确组织跨域协同实施集中作战效果,任务式指挥具备了集中指挥的特征。从分散指挥、集中指挥及分散与集中有机统一指挥的角度,阐述了美军任务指挥方式。研究表明,美军的任务式指挥,为指挥方式的创新提供了有益借鉴。Mission command is dispersed by trusting subordinate officers with autonomy, using mission orders and mutual trust; it is concentrated by sharing command aims through connected commanding system and accurate cross-region coordination. This paper explores the concentration and dispersion of US Army command model. It argues that the mission command of US army provides new lessons for reference.
