摘 要:目的探究颅脑损伤伴低血钠症病人血清中Ang-Ⅱ、ADH、ANP含量与血中Na+相关性。方法分析2013年1月~2014年12月81例在我院进行治疗的颅脑损伤患者的临床资料,将血Na+含量<135mmol/l患者设为观察组,血Na+含量处于正常范围内(135~150mmol/l)的患者作为对照组。比较不同血钠水平的颅脑损伤患者不同时期血清中Ang-Ⅱ、ADH、ANP含量变化,观察血清中AT-Ⅱ、ADH、ANP含量与血中Na+相关性。结果观察组患者伤后血清中Ang-Ⅱ、ADH、ANP含量明显高于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组研究对象组内比较发现,随着时间发展,两组研究对象血清中Ang-Ⅱ、ANP含量明显升高,血浆中ADH含量显著下降,组内比较差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者血清Na+含量明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(t=15.71,P<0.001);观察组患者7d后血清中Ang-Ⅱ(r=-0.740,P<0.001)、ADH(r=-0.678,P<0.001)、ANP(r=-0.653,P<0.001)与血Na+呈现显著负相关关系。结论颅脑损伤伴低钠血症患者血清中Ang-Ⅱ、ADH、ANP与血Na+呈现负相关关系。Objective To explore the correlationbetween craniocerebral injury with low sodium blood sickness patient and serum Ang-Ⅱ,ADH,ANP and Na + in blood. Methods Analyzing the clinical data of patients with craniocerebral injury in our hospital for treatment from January 2013 to December 2014, the patients of the blood content of Na^+% 135 mmol/l were treated as observation group, the blood content of Na^+ in the normal range (135-150 tendency/l) of patients as control group. Compare different serum sodium level of patients with craniocerebral injury in different periods in serum Ang -Ⅱ,ADH and ANP content changes, observe the AT -Ⅱ, ADH and ANP content in serum and serum Na^+ correlation. Results sboth groups Ang -Ⅱ, ANP content aere significantly increased in serum, serum ADH content decreased significantly, the both group comparative differences are statistically significant (P〈0. 05) Observation group of patients serum Na^+ content is significantly lower than the control group, the difference is statistically significant (t= 15. 71, P%0. 001) Observation group of patients after 7 d serum Ang-Ⅱ (r= 0. 740,P〈 0. 001),the ADH (r= 0. 678,P〈0. 001),the ANP (r= 0. 653,P〈0. 001) showed significant negative correlation with Na^+ blood relationship. Conclusion Serum Ang-Ⅱ, ADH, ANP have negative correlation with blood Na^+ for craniocerebral injury with hyponatremia patients
