摘 要:研究了酒石酸、硬脂酸和熔融硬脂酸对塑解剂DBD作再生活化剂时再生胶性能的影响。结果表明,随着酒石酸、硬脂酸和熔融硬脂酸用量的增加,再生胶的溶胶含量呈增大趋势,交联密度逐渐降低,门尼粘度和门尼粘度上升值降低,拉伸强度先增大后下降,酒石酸和硬脂酸用量为0.6份时,综合性能较优;熔融硬脂酸用量为0.9份时,综合性能较优。随着再生时间的延长,再生胶的溶胶含量呈明显上升趋势,交联密度和门尼粘度明显下降;拉伸强度和拉断伸长率随再生时间的延长呈下降趋势。熔融硬脂酸再生时间为20min时,门尼粘度较低,加工性能较好,拉伸强度和拉断伸长率下降较少,硬度较低,综合性能较好。The effect of tartaric acid and stearic acid with peptizer DBD on the properties of reclaimed rubber were investigated.The results showed that with the amount of tartaric acid and stearic acid and stearic acid melt increased,the sol content increased and crosslink density decreased of reclaimed rubber,Mooney viscosity and setback decreased,the tensile strength were first increased and then decreased.Reclaimed rubber had excellent comprehensive property when the dosage of tartaric acid and stearic acid were 0.6phr,stearic acid melt was 0.9phr.With the growing of regeneration time,reclaimed rubber sol content was reduced obviously,and crosslink density and mooney viscosity were decreased significantly.The tensile strength and elongation at break decreased as reclaimed time growing.When stearic acid melt regenerate 20 minutes,the reclaimed rubber had a lower mooney viscosity,hardness,good processing property;and the tensile strength and elongation at break decreased slightly.The overall performance was better.
