硫黄/DCP/TAIC并用体系在NR/IR/BR/SBR胎面胶中的应用

摘　　要：采用机械共混法制备了NR/IR/BR/SBR胎面胶,使用硫黄/过氧化物(DCP)/TAIC(三烯丙基异氰脲酸酯)作为硫化体系,研究了不同用量的硫黄、DCP和TAIC对胶料各项性能及微观形态的影响。结果表明,当硫黄用量为0.5份,DCP用量为2.5份,TAIC用量为2份时,耐热老化性能和压缩永久变形性能最好,胶料的各项性能指标适中。Natural rubber（NR）/isoprene rubber（IR）/cis-1,4-polybutadience（BR）/styrene-butadiene rubber（SBR）blends were prepared by mechanical blending,using sulfur,peroxide（DCP）and TAIC（triallyl isocyanurate）as curing system.The influence of the dosage of sulfur,DCP and TAIC on the properties and morphology of NR/IR/BR/SBR tread rubber were investigated.The results showed that the combination properties were better,especially the heat aging resistance and abrasion resistance were the best when the dosage of sulfur was 0.5,DCP was 2.5phr and TAIC was 2phr.
