双歧杆菌在婴幼儿喘息性疾病防治中的作用

摘　　要：目的探讨婴幼儿口服双歧杆菌对喘息性疾病的影响。方法将200例研究对象随机分为试验组[徐1]100例,对照组100例,试验组口服双歧杆菌6个月,检测试验组服药前、后1、6个月血清IL-12、IFN-γ、IL-1β、IL-6值;随访1年,比较两组患儿1年内喘息发作次数;比较首次住院后两组患儿的治愈时间;观察试验组口服双歧杆菌6个月是否出现副作用。结果 (1)试验组口服双歧杆菌6个月后血清IL-12、IFN-γ、IL-1β、IL-6较服药前明显升高(p<0.05);(2)小于2岁患儿喘息发作次数试验组较对照组明显减少(p<0.05),大于2岁患儿喘息发作次数试验组较与对照组无明显差异(p>0.05);(3)口服双歧杆菌不能缩短住院治愈时间;(4)婴幼儿口服双歧杆菌6个月未发现不良反应。结论口服双歧杆菌6个月以上可能预防2岁以下婴幼儿的喘息发作,且未发现不良反应。Objective To study the effects of bifidobacterium on asthmatic disease in children.Methods 200 children with asthmatic disease were randomly divided into two groups：the study group（n =100） and the control group（n =100）.Children in the study group were given bifidohacterium orally for 6 months,IL-12、IFN-γ、IL-1β、IL-6 before test,1 and 6 months after oraling bifidobacterium were detected; Attacking times of asthmatic disease between two groups was compared; the cure time of first in-patient between two groups was compared; Adverse reaction after taken orally bifidobacterium was observed.Results（1）The serum IL-12、IFN-γ、IL-1β、IL-6 increased after patients was taken bifidobacterium orally for 6 months compared to that before drug was taken（P〈0.05）;（2）The attacking frequency of asthmatic disease in study group were lower than that in control group among children who were younger than 2 years（P〈0.05）,while there were no clear difference in children older than 2 years（P〉0.05）;（3） Taken bifidobacterium Orally could not shorten cure time;（4）There were no adverse reaction after children were taken orally bifidobacterium for 6 months.Conclusion Taken bifidobacterium Orally more than 6 months may prevent asthmatic disease among children who are younger than 2years,there were no adverse reaction.
