摘　　要：流行性感冒(流感)是一种急性上呼吸道传染性疾病。在全球范围内,流感的流行会使得儿童和孕妇的住院风险显著增加,造成巨大的疾病负担。接种流感疫苗是目前预防流感的最有效方法。本研究就国内外儿童及妇女的流感疾病负担及预防进行相关综述。Influenza is an acute respiratory infectious disease worldwide, which might increase the risk of hospitalization in children and pregnant women and result in heavy disease burden. Vaccination is the most effective way to prevent influenza. This paper summarize the progress in the research of the disease burden caused by influenza and its prevention in children and pregnant women.
