摘 要:2013年12月11日,湖北省仙桃市城郊某职业学院发生一起伤寒暴发疫情,至12月22日共报告74例病例,其中学生病例72例,罹患率为1.10%(72/6533)。从食堂6名从业人员和4名帮厨学生血清中检出肥达反应伤寒沙门菌阳性,从69例患者血液中分离出24株伤寒沙门菌。调查结果显示暴发原因可能为食堂从业人员既往感染伤寒沙门菌,污染食堂相关环境导致患病学生多天数、多餐次、多窗口暴露引起。提示应进一步加强基层医疗机构传染病监测和早期预警,高度重视学校肠道传染病防控工作,重点加强食堂从业人员和学校卫生综合管理,严防"病从口入"。On 11 December 2013,a typhoid outbreak occurred in a college in Xiantao,Hubei province. As of 22 December,74 cases were reported,in which 72 were students,the attack rate was 1. 10% in the students( 72 /6533).Salmonella typhi were detected with Widal reaction in the samples collected from 6 canteen workers and 4 students who provided help in the canteen,Twenty four Salmonella typhi strains were isolated from the blood samples of 69 cases. The survey results indicated that the infection source of the outbreak could be tracked to the previous infection with Salmonella typhi in canteen workers,which resulted in food contamination. It is necessary to strengthen the disease surveillance and improve food safety in schools to prevent foodborne diseases.
