摘　　要：近年来,随着国民经济和机动车保有量的快速增长,群众对于驾驶小型汽车牵引旅居挂车出行需求旺盛。本文通过梳理我国现行法规标准有关挂车类型、驾驶证资质以及汽车列车道路通行管理等方面的规定,分析欧美澳等地区中小型汽车挂车牵引资质管理的经验做法,重点讨论了开放小型汽车牵引旅居挂车的可行性方案及潜在问题,提出修订我国驾驶证分类管理、资格准入以及日常监管等方面的建议措施。With the rapid development of economy and vehicle population recent years,the demand of travelling by combination vehicles with caravans has been more and more significant.This paper aimed on current regulations and standards of trailer type,driving license management and relevant way-leave,and compared sorts of counterparts abroad.Safety evaluation and feasibility of drawing trailers by small vehicles are particularly discussed in order to suggest on reformation of driving qualification for car trailer combination.
