摘  要:目的:探讨义务献血者如何看待优质护理服务,从而提高医护人员的服务意识,满足献血者的需求。方法设计优质护理服务认知问卷,对初次和多次献血者各50人进行调查并分析。结果初次献血者在“对献血者的关怀”和“及时提供献血者所需服务”2个维度得分分别为(4.50±0.59),(4.00±0.92)分,多次献血者分别为(4.35±0.59),(4.13±0.74)分,两组比较差异有统计学意义(t值分别为3.29,2.15;P〈0.05)。结论初次献血者更加关注自身的感受,而多次献血者对献血后的需求更高;管理者应制定符合献血者期望的优质护理服务规范,以指导采供血机构医护人员的临床实践。Objective To explore the cognition of high quality nursing service in voluntary blood donors, so as to improve the service awareness of medical staffs and satisfy voluntary donors′ demand. Methods Self-designed high quality nursing service cognitive questionnaire was used to investigate and analyze 50 blood donors who donated blood initial or several times. Results The 2 dimensions of“Care for blood donors” and“Provide blood donors required service on time” were (4. 50 ± 0. 59) and (4. 00 ± 0. 92) score, while these scores of multiple blood donors were (4. 35 ± 0. 59) and (4. 13 ± 0. 74) (t=3. 29, 2. 15;P〈0. 05). Conclusions The initial blood donors pay more attention on self feeling, while multiple blood donors have high requirements after donating blood;the administrators should draw up the regulations of high quality nursing service to meet the demands of blood donors, so as to guide clinical practice for medical staffs of blood transfusion services.
