动画放映对提高儿科住院患者关怀满意度的影响

摘　　要：目的：探讨动画放映对提高儿科住院患者人文关怀满意度的影响。方法通过针对长期住院的60例儿科患儿集中播放孩子们喜爱的动画片的形式，代表病房以新型的表达方式表达对孩子们的关怀和关爱。调查活动前后患儿家长对人文关怀的满意度。结果住院患儿观影满意率达96.9%，说明此活动受到患儿及家属的喜爱。活动开展前后，采用人文关怀满意度调查问卷的形式调查满意度情况，住院患儿家长对人文关怀满意度由之前的92.9%提升到了96.7%。结论人文关怀动画放映日活动的开展，使人文关怀理念更贴切的深入患儿内心，从而提高住院患儿人文关怀满意度。Objective To investigate the influence of animated show on promoting the care satisfaction of pediatric inpatient. Methods Children loved animated show were played for 60 pediatric inpatients with long-term hospitalization, which represent love and care of ward to children as a new expression. We surveyed the children′s parents′satisfaction to humanistic concern before and after the activity. Results Hospitalized children viewing satisfaction rate was 96. 9%, so it illustrated that children and their families were fond of this activity. Before and after the activity, humanistic concern satisfaction scale was used to investigate its satisfaction of pediatric inpatients, and the satisfaction of inpatient′s parents increased from 92. 9 % to 96. 7%. Conclusions Humane Care Day activity utilize animated show to care about pediatric inpatient ＆#39;s heart, so as to increase satisfaction humane care of hospitalized children.
