摘　　要：政府投资项目具有公益性强、投资规模大、涉及范围广等特点。本文从政府投资项目的特点入手,分别从管理理念、管理体制、和管理运行机制等方面对项目管理问题进行深入研究分析,并列举相关实例进行说明,指出在项目管理方面的不足,找出问题存在的原因,最终根据政府投资项目管理存在的这些问题,有针对性的提出加强和改进的具体措施和方法,旨在为今后同类政府投资项目管理提供依据。The government invested projects have characteristics of large investment scale, wide range, strong public welfare, high degree of attention by the public and so on. In this paper, from the analysis on the characteristics of government investment projects, the project management problems are deeply analyzed in terms of project management system, project management concepts and project management operational mechanism with practical examples. The shortage in project management is pointed out and the causes of the problem are found out, and finally according to the problems of government invested project management, targeted measures and methods are put forward to strengthen and improve the management, so as to provide the basis for the similar government investment project management in the future.
