摘 要:针对某钢琴制造企业用于音肋粘接的热压机存在换线次数多、换线时间长、压柱调节困难、劳动强度大等问题,进行了快速换模技术研究。综合运用了程序分析、5W1H、ECRS、目视化管理等方法,在很少投资的情况下,实现了内部作业和外部作业的分离,优化了压柱头的设计,简化了内部作业程序,减少了外部作业的搜寻时间。通过改进,热压机的换模效率得到显著提升。A hot press is used to bond the ribbed wood with soundboard in the piano manufacturer. It is frequent and difficult to change the die of hot press at present. The paper presents a new method for improving changeover time on hot press. The paper systematically utilizes several means such as process analysis, 5W1H, ECRS, visual management and so on. The tasks which are implemented online and offline are separated. The design of column head press is optimized and the tasks should be implemented online is simplified. The search time of tasks implemented offiine is decreased. According to the new die changeover method without adding any cost, the changeover efficiency of hot press are enhanced largely.
