摘　　要：通过对445名家庭经济困难学生的心理健康水平调查,发现其总体心理健康水平低于非家庭经济困难学生;通过团体心理训练、个体心理咨询、情绪调节训练等心理干预手段,能够有效改善该群体的心理健康状况。Through the survey of mental health level of 445 students in higher vocational colleges with financial difficulties, it is found that the overall level of mental health of them is lower than that of the students without financial difficulties. Through the mental intervention means of group psychological training, individual psychological consultation and training of emotion regulation, the mental health status of them can be improved effectively,
