摘　　要：2004年,曲靖市根据当时水资源可持续利用的方针,确定了曲靖市水功能区,对曲靖经济社会发展起到了极大的促进作为;2014年,根据最严格水资源管理制度和新形势的要求,曲靖市对所划功能区进行了复核、调整、完善,对《曲靖市水功能区划》再次修订。本文从区划范围、成果和特别之处等方面对前后两次水功能区划进行了对比分析,梳理了曲靖十年前后经济社会发展与水功能区的变化关系。The water functional area was once delineated according to the water resource sustainable development policy in 2004. In 2014, the strictest water resource management and the latest situation required to re - delineate the new water functional area. Therefore, it has been revised through adjustment and purification. The water functional area was compared in the aspects of the delineation scale, outcomes, and differences before and after revision. The relationships between two versions of water functional area and the economic and social development in Qujing were studied.
