摘 要:针对5 MW风力发电机组,在拟选场地条件下,分别完成了正八边形预应力混凝土塔架、圆形预应力混凝土塔架和钢椎管塔架结构设计,并按照设计规范进行了承载能力、变形能力和疲劳验算。在此基础上,建立三种塔架的三维有限元模型,采用该数值模型计算三种塔架的自振频率以及在相同荷载工况下的受力反应。通过分析结果从自振频率、承载能力、结构变形以及结构造价等多方面对三种塔架进行了对比研究。对比结果表明,在相同工况荷载作用下,正八边形预应力混凝土塔架的塔顶水平位移最小,受力性能较好,结构稳定。且在这三种塔架结构中,正八边形预应力混凝土塔架的结构造价、制作工艺、材料运输和施工过程都具有一定优势,为大容量风电机组塔架建设提供一个更好的选择。Based on the 5MW wind turbine tower, the eight polygon prestressed concrete tower, the circular prestressed concrete tower and the frustum steel tower are designed under the condition of selected site. According to the design specification, the hearing capacity, deformation capacity and fatigue calculation are carried out. On this basis, three-dimensional finite element models of the towers are established, adopting the numerical model for calculating natural frequencies of the towers and stress response under the same loads. Through the analysis of the results, comparative research on the towers are carried out from the natural frequency of vibration, bearing capacity, structural deformation and structural cost. The research shows that under the same operating loads, the horizontal displacement of the eight polygon prestressed concrete tower is the smallest, the mechanical of which is the best,and this structure is the most stable. Therefore, the result obtained from the comparative analysis is that within the three kinds of the tower structure, the cost, production process,material transport and construction process of the eight polygon prestressed concrete tower have great advantages, which provides a better choice for high capacity wind turbine.
