上海地区房屋墙面结露的调查分析

摘　　要：房屋墙体结露现象一般多见于北方采暖地区,而上海地区位于夏热冬冷地区,墙体结露现象并不常见。然而近期许多新建住宅项目,在投入使用后不久也出现了房屋墙体结露现象,大部分出现了墙面发霉等严重影响使用功能的问题。通过近年来碰到的一些工程案例,对上海地区房屋墙面结露的特征进行了描述,对产生的原因进行了分析,对处理方法进行了探讨。Building wall condensation is more commonly seen in the northern heating areas, however Shanghai is located in the hot summer and cold winter region, building wall condensation is not common. Recently many new building projects, however, appeared wall condensation phenomenon soon after putting into use. Through some engineering eases encountered in recent years ,the characteristics of Shanghai building wall condensation are described, the causes are analyzed, and the processing method are discussed.
