摘  要:针对某电厂发生前后对冲燃煤锅炉严重高温腐蚀问题,进行现场高温腐蚀情况试验测量研究,对锅炉CO排放质量浓度(以下简称"CO排放浓度")和贴壁气氛进行测量,分析锅炉CO排放浓度和贴壁气氛与高温腐蚀产生的内在关系。试验结果表明:腐蚀区域主要分布在侧墙中心和靠近前墙区域;侧墙附近的氧气体积分数(简称"氧量")很低;2号炉的腐蚀程度弱于1号炉。原因分别是后墙的风量比前墙的大,使得前后墙的对冲截面靠近前墙,且对冲气流冲刷侧墙最严重的位置在对冲截面区域;过量空气系数比较低,对冲气流冲刷侧墙;2号炉侧墙附近的CO排放浓度远低于1号炉。基于试验结果,实施了增加贴壁风改造,燃烧器侧墙区域的氧量有明显增加,CO排放浓度有明显下降,有利于消除侧墙中心区域的高温腐蚀。建议在锅炉大修中采用多层贴壁风改造方案。In order to give a clear understanding on the high temperature corrosion for a supercritical swirling combustion pul-verized fired boiler,experimental research is carried out by us,including the measurement of the release of CO and the am-bience near the water-wall.Experimental results are summarized as follows:the high temperature corrosion at the wall-cool wall is serious,which the reduction of wall-cool wall thickness is about 1.5mm,and is mostly poisoned at the middle of the side wall.The concentration of oxygen is very low,owing to the low excessive air and the wash out of flue gas towards the side wall.The concentration of CO for the number 2 power plant is lower than the concentration of CO for the number 1 power plant.So the high temperature corrosion for the number 2 power plant is not serious than that of number 1 power plant.So measures are made to control the concentration of CO at the side wall are very important for the reducing of the high temperature corrosion.From the numerical results,the reconstruction method is beneficial for the increasing of O2 and reduction of CO.
