摘　　要：目的探讨追踪方法学在运送患者外出检查中的应用效果。方法成立追踪小组,运用个案追踪及系统追踪的方法,制订患者外出检查追踪地图,对患者所接受的陪检服务经历进行追踪检查,以评价临床支持中心陪检人员运送患者外出检查的情况。结果比较运用追踪方法前后运送患者外出检查不良事件发生率及医护患满意度,差异均有显著意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论运用追踪方法学于临床支持中心工作提高了患者外出检查的安全性,改进了陪检服务流程,提升了医务人员和患者的满意率,真正突出"患者安全"和"以患者为中心"的服务理念。Objective To investigate the application effect of tracer methodology in transporting patients outside the ward for undertaking medical checks. Methods It evaluated the situation of accompanied inspection service by establishing a tracking group, using the method of case tracking and system tracking, formulating the tracking map for patients outside to undertake the medical checks, then, performing following up examinations on the experience of patients which accepting the service. Results Compared the rate of incidence of adverse events, and the satisfaction degree of medical staff and patients in the application before and after using the tracer methodology. All above comparisons showed significant difference （P 〈 0. 05, P 〈0. 01 ）. Conclusion It could raise patients＇ safety, improve the accompanied inspection service process and enhance the satisfaction rate by applying tracer methodology in clinical support center management. Finally, it is truly outstanding the service concept of ＂patient safety＂ and ＂focus on the patient＂.
