摘  要:目的探讨局部应用唑来膦酸对兔即刻种植钛螺纹钉骨结合的影响。方法将9只新西兰大白兔随机分为实验组(6只)和对照组(3只),拔除上下切牙,实验组(24个)和对照组(12个)拔牙窝内分别填塞载唑来膦酸纳米羟基磷灰石和纳米羟基磷灰石后即刻植入钛螺纹钉。术后4、8、12周分别随机处死实验动物,取上下颌骨标本,行大体观察、骨密度检测、扭矩测试及组织形态学观察。结果骨密度分析结果显示在3个时间点,实验组钛螺纹钉周围骨组织灰度值均高于对照组(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。扭矩力学实验测试结果显示实验组及对照组螺纹钉扭矩峰值平均值随着时间延长而增加,均在12周时达到最大(P<0.05)。结论局部应用唑来膦酸可抑制骨吸收促进骨形成,增加即刻种植时种植体稳定性,提高了即刻种植成功率。【Objective】It was investigated the osseointegration by zoledronateacid local application on titanium screw implanting in rabbit fresh tooth socket. 【Methods】Nine New Zealand white rabbits were divided into two groups randomly(6 as in experimental group and 3 in control group). All of the 24 tooth sockets in experimental group, after incisors were extracted,would be filled with the nano-hydroxyapatite-zoledronateacid compound; and while the 12 tooth sockets in control group be filled only by nano-hydroxyapatite, after then one titanium screw was implanted immediately into each teeth socket.The animals(2 from experimental group, one from control group) were executed respectively at 4 th, 8th and 12 th week after operation, and the intact maxillary and mandibulary were harvested to be observed, and tested by gross observation, bone density analysis, torque test, and histological observation.【Results】The analysis of the bone density in 3 time points(4th, 8th, 12 th week) display the gray values of the bone tissue around the titanium screws were higher in the experimental group than that in the control group, and it was statistically significant(P〈0.05).The result of torque test show that the average of torque peak values in both experimental group and control group increased as time went on, both reached the maximum value at 12 th week(P〈0.05).【Conclusion】Local application of zoledronateacid can inhibit the bone resorption and promote the bone formation, thus could enhance the stability of implant and improve the success rate of tooth implant.
