体外电场热疗联合按摩、中药外敷治疗急性乳腺炎的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探索体外电场热疗联合按摩、中药外敷治疗哺乳期急性单纯性乳腺炎的疗效。方法选择2013年11月-2015年4月就诊的128例急性单纯性乳腺炎的患者,根据入院时间先后随机分两组,观察组采用体外电场热疗联合按摩、中药外敷治疗,对照组采用按摩及中药外敷治疗。结果观察组治疗68例,痊愈50例,占73.53%,显效及有效15例,占22.06%,总有效率95.59%;对照组治疗60例,总有效率80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论体外电场热疗机照射联合按摩排乳、中药外敷治疗急性单纯性乳腺炎是一种安全有效的治疗方法。【Objective】To explore the effect of external electric field hyperthermia combined with massage, traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of acute mastitis. 【Methods】128 clinic patients of acute mastitis from November 2013 to April 2015, according to admission time were randomly divided into two groups, the observation group with external electric field hyperthermia combined with massage, traditional Chinese medicine treatment, the control group using massage and traditional Chinese medicine treatment.【Results】the observation group of 68 cases, 50 cases were cured（73.53%）,15 cases were markedly effective and effective（22.06%）,, the total efficiency of 95.59%; control group 60 cases, the total efficiency of 80%, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.【Conclusion】Thermoelectric therapy apparatus irradiation combined with Massage, traditional Chinese medicine treatment of acute simple mastitis is a safe and effective treatment method.
