公园绿地应急避险功能在北京市中心城区中的应用研究

摘　　要：城市公园绿地不仅能够为市民提供休闲娱乐的公共场所,还能够在危急时刻发挥为市民避险的场所,是城市防灾系统中重要的组成部分。本文通过大规模的实地调研,研究公园绿地应急避险功能在北京市东、西城区中的应用,并对各个公园应急避险功能进行分析比较,以及服务半径的测算,为城市公园绿地的应急避难等重要功能提供理论支持和技术支撑。City green parks not only provide entertainment places to the public, but also be able to play the role of emergency refuge uring times of crisis, it has become an important component of urban disaster prevention system. Through massive practical investigation, this paper studies the green parks space emergency hedge function in the application of Dongcheng district and Xicheng district in Beijing, and analyzes the emergency safety function of every park, and calculates the service radius to provide theoretical support and technical support for the city park green space in the building of emergency refuge.
