棚改安置房小区绿化景观设计策略研究

摘　　要：本文在界定棚改安置房小区绿化景观概念的基础上,通过分析棚改安置房的特殊性以及其现状存在的问题和问题产生的原因,归纳总结出棚改安置房小区绿化景观设计面临的两大问题:第一,有限的资金投入和严格的成本控制与高品质的绿化景观之间的冲突;第二,安置居民众多的人口数量与有限的绿地空间之间的矛盾。针对这两大问题,本文分别从总体规划和科学分区两个方面提出具体的设计策略。最后,作者通过对武安棚改安置房小区绿化景观设计项目的设计分析,对我国的棚改安置房建设提出一些建议,以此希望能为棚改安置房小区的绿化景观设计提供更好的思路。On the basis of defining the notion of landscape design on shantytowns resettlement housing resident, this paper analyzed the specificity of the shantytowns resettlement housing and problems of present situation and the reasons. And two major problems the shantytowns resettlement housing landscape design were summarized. One is the conflict between the limited funding as well as strict cost control and quality of greening landscape, the other is the contradiction of numerous residents with limited outdoor space. To solve the two problems, the paper puts forward specific design strategy of the overall plan and scientific partition. Finally, taking the project design of the ＂landscape design on shantytowns resettlement housing resident of Wu＇an＂ as an example, based on the analysis of the design of the project, this paper puts forward some suggestions on the shantytowns resettlement housing construction, and the author hopes that it can provide a better way for the shantytowns resettlement housing landscape design.
