摘　　要：本文在相关实例和学科理论基础上,对北京地区干部学院园林景观设计进行了研究。在了解了影响该地区干部学院园林景观的自然、人文、社会因素下,对中央民族干部学院进行了实地景观调研,在多处干部学院和行政类院校进行了实地问卷调查。分析研究了其景观设计中存在的优点和缺点,并提出了建议和对策。最后结合相关理论基础,提出了相应的设计原则及设计方法。希望本文的研究成果能为我国今后干部学院景观设计应用提供参考和借鉴。In recent years, landscape of cadre institute gets more and more attention. But now, in the landscape design profession, cadre institute landscape design has not systematic and comprehensive theory of norms, only has the design for specific institute. The landscape design of cadre institute can just rely on the basic designing theory and methods of university campus and administration office. This paper, on the basis of relevant examples and subject theory, studies the landscape design of cadre institute in Beijing area. In the understanding of the influence of natural, cultural and social factors, we conducted a field study and questionnaire survey among the cadre institute landscape design in Beijing area, and analyzed the existing advantages and disadvantages, and then summed up the main points and methods of the landscape design of cadre institute in Beijing area, in order to provide some relative references for future cadre Institute of landscape design applications.
