摘 要:静止同步无功补偿器能提供灵活可靠的无功支持,是现代电力系统的重要元件。静止同步无功补偿器由大量可关断电力电子开关组成,需要进行小时间尺度的仿真,小时间尺度仿真带来了仿真速度的大幅降低,是实时仿真的巨大挑战。为了满足同步无功补偿器的仿真需要,提升小时间尺度仿真的仿真速度,实现实时仿真功能,研究了静止同步无功补偿器的小时间尺度实时仿真系统。小时间尺度仿真系统是基于场效应可编程逻辑阵列(field programmable gate array,FPGA)的专用型电力电子设备仿真器,其由核心计算、元件区、大小步长接口和通讯等核心模块组成,具备实时仿真能力。研究了静止同步无功补偿器的小时间尺度实时仿真方法,采用两电平换流器结构和双环电流控制模型,并研究模型在小时间尺度仿真的实现方法,提出了适用于电力电子设备仿真的小步长开关模型,最后展示了静止同步无功补偿的小时间尺度仿真系统的实验结果。Static synchronous compensator( STATCOM) is the important component of modern pow er system due to its capability of flexible reactive pow er support. How ever,small time-step simulation is required for STATCOM,because it consists of a great amount of pow er electronics sw itches. The small time-step simulation causes a substantial reduction in the simulation speed,w hich is the great challenge of real-time simulation. In order to meet the simulation requirements of synchronous compensator,improve the speed of small time-step simulation and realize the real-time simulation functions,this paper studied the small time-step real-time simulation system of STATCOM. The small time-step simulator is the special pow er electronic equipment simulator based on FPGA( field programmable gate array),w hich consists of core computation block,element block,interfaces of small and large time-step netw orks,commutation block and other core modules,to ensure the real-time simulation. The small time-step real-time simulation method of STATCOM w as studied w ith using tw o-level convertor and double loop current control model. Then,the implementation of the model in the small time-step simulator w as studied,and the small-step sw itch model w as proposed for pow er electronic device simulation. Finally,the experimental results of small time-step real-time simulation system of STATCOM w ere presented.
