摘 要:为了实现低浓度煤层气中CH4/N2高效、经济的变压吸附分离,对变压吸附分离CH4/N2用沸石分子筛进行了分类,主要包括:A型和X型、离子交换型、钛硅分子筛及其他类型。总结了国内外学者利用沸石分子筛在变压吸附分离CH4/N2中实验及研究工作,认为研究重点应放在提高沸石分子筛的吸附量及稳定性方面,同时展望了沸石分子筛在变压吸附分离煤层气CH4/N2的应用前景。In order to separate CH4/ N2 effectively and economically by pressure swing adsorption(PSA) in low concentration of coalbedgas,Zeolites molecular sieves used in separation of CH4/ N2 by PSA were classified in this paper,including A and X type,ion-exchangetype,titanium silicate molecular sieves and other types. Experiment and research work at home and abroad were summarized. The focus ofthe next step research which was to improve the adsorption capacity and stability of zeolites molecular sieves was put forward. The promis-ing application of zeolites molecular sieves in the separation of CH4/ N2 by PSA was also forecasted.
